This will not be a 'job' per say. It will be much more of a partnership and opportunity.

I have a business that has three separate parts to it, two parts currently make money, one has the potential to start earning soon.

I am looking for someone to join me and assist in the running of the business!

However there are some unique specifics I require from the person I want to join me.

British (NOT essential, just preferred so can meet easily!)

The reason I am looking for someone so specific is because I suffer so much with my own mental and physical health and know how hard it is. This is an opportunity that will be perfect for someone, and I am hoping social media can help me find that person.

I can't offer much in terms of pay initially because I have nothing myself, what I can do though, is offer a percentage of the business earnings and if you can help me create what I know is possible - we could potentially earn a lot. There is so much potential, but as you'll know, chronic illness sucks and makes things hard to do alone! I need help and hoping I can help someone who needs it in return!

You will be able to work hours to fit around your illnesses, you will not be penalized for taking time off.

There will be goals and deadlines, I will expect a certain level of pride to be taken in your work and you must follow my ethos and principles.
