Personal training sessions take place in my purpose built private shed gym at my house. It hosts a wide range of equipment to cater for every level.
Emergetic workouts comprise of weight lifting, ensuring correct form, reps and sets to achieve the results needed.

All session bundles are to be used within the month purchased, the more sessions you have per week - the better the value! If a session is missed due to Emergetic, it is carried over or doubled up. If a session is missed by the client, it is to be doubled up the following week.

In House Coaching
In House coaching is held in my purpose built studio in Pocklington.
Each session is 50 minutes long and is unique to you and your needs.
​
All potential clients are offered a free 30 minute consultation within the studio.
