What You Get
All clients receive a personalised diet & either a home or gym workout plan, written specifically to help you build a routine, grow muscle and lose fat in just 6 weeks!

Diet plans include 3 different days of set meals so you can circulate through them.
Workout plans will include 3,4 or 5 days worth of workouts for the 6 weeks.
They can be written for the gym, a home gym (any equipment) or home (no equipment).

You also get unlimited support and receive weekly check-ins to ensure progress is being made.
​
You will be added to a 6 week challenge Whatsapp group.
Plans will be sent within 72 hours of payment being received.
